Q1. What's your main products? A. We maily produce all kinds of packaging boxes and bags,such as gift boxes,flower boxes,wine boxes,cosmetics boxes,paper tube,candle boxes,candy boxes,mailing boxes,carton boxes,paper bag and related packaging products,also provide printing service.
Q2.What kind of format I should provide you for printing ? A. Adobe Illustrator, In Design, PDF ,either is the best .
Q3.How can I get a quotation? A.Please provide the details of products,such as size,material,weight,printing,surface finshing,packaging,quantities, artwork (if need), transaction term, destination, etc.
Q4.When can I get the quotation after my inquiry ? A.We will reply within 24 hours unless the material or the accessory with special specification takes time to get costs.If you need the quotation urgently, please tell us and provide us the complete details, we will reply the quotation to you ASAP.
Q5.Do you have MOQ request? Do you accept small order ? A.Yes, we have MOQ request and also can be adjustable depending on the different product specifications or material MOQ.In addition, small order is also acceptable.
Q6.Can you provide sample for quality checking ? A.Yes, we can provide free stock sample but you need to bear the freight.If need custom made,kindly need you pay sample fee.
Q7.How much for making a customized sample and when I can receive it ? It is estimated you can receive the sample in 5-7 days after paying the sample fee.
Q 8 . What's the payment terms?
A: 1. 30% T/T deposit in advance for order confirmation,the balance by T/T before shipping.
2. L/C AT SIGHT when amount is more than USD50,000.
