2. The minimum size of the folding box (collapsible box) :15*10*6cm (length*width*height) .

3. The maximum size of the folding box (collapsible box) : 30*20*10cm (length*width*height)

REFUND & REPLACEMENT

1. Please contact us before you return the item, we will offer you the right return address
2. For any exchange or refund, we need the product must be in its original receipt, including the box, packaging and all the accessories.
3. Buyers are responsible for the returning shipping cost. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
4. Refund and replacement: Once the carrier has received your item, Please allow up to 10 business days for returns to be processed.

By air & by sea: to destination port, need to assist clearance, without door to door service.
