Analysis on the production specifications and standards of corrugated board
The paper for corrugated box production imported from foreign trade is mainly imported from the United States, Japan, Finland, Canada and other countries with the ration of 360g / m2 and 180g / m2 corrugated base paper, and some of them are 337g / m2 and 160g / m2 corrugated base paper.
In order to improve the production of corrugated paper in China, some paper enterprises have begun to trial produce Kraft linerboard (kraft cardboard) with the ration of 360g / m2 and 420g / m2. According to the national standard of corrugated board (gb-6544-86), the paper materials used in the production of corrugated boxes must meet the requirements. The ration of cardboard is 250G / m2, 280g / m2, 300g / m2, 320G / m2 and 360g / m2 respectively, and that of corrugated base paper is 125g / m2, 150g / m2 and 180g / m2 respectively. In this way, the gram weight of single and double corrugated boards is about 1000g / m2 ~ 1100g / m2. On the basis of ensuring the ration, the quality of corrugated board is guaranteed.
