2. A method for fast testing the weight of the box
The most difficult factor of box weight measurement is the moisture content of the carton. Many cartons factories or customers are limited by delivery time or test conditions, and weighing is carried out without the balance of temperature and humidity, which results in a large deviation from the true value. Here, we provide a method to accurately test the weight of the box without temperature and humidity balance.
3. Principle of fast measuring box weight
A large number of experimental data show that the moisture content of the carton is about 8% after the standard temperature and humidity environment is fully balanced, while the dry weight of the carton is unchanged. Therefore, we can calculate the true weight of the carton only by measuring the weight and water content of the box without temperature and humidity balance.
4. Measuring tools
Electronic balance, oven or digital water content tester with accuracy of more than 1G. The oven can be used to test the moisture content of the carton, but it still takes an hour to test. The digital infrared moisture tester can read the moisture content of the carton immediately, and its accuracy can reach more than 1%, which can meet the needs of accurate test water.
5. Measurement method:
A three cartons were randomly selected from a batch of cartons as test samples;

6. Example
Three samples were taken from a batch of cartons. The average weight of the box was l285 g, and the average value of water content was 13%. The weight of the box after the temperature and humidity balance treatment was calculated.
7. Calculation method of box weight
The calculation method of carton weight is simple, that is, add the weight of raw paper of each layer of corrugated board separately, and add the weight of adhesive in the board, then the weight of carton can be obtained. The weight of the surface, the middle and the inner paper is the area of corrugated plate multiplied by the weight of the original paper, and the weight of the pit paper is the product of the corrugated plate area, the corrugated elongation coefficient and the weight of the original paper. The weight of the binder can be obtained from the parameter table.
