But the stiffness and impact resistance are better than A-shaped flute; B-shaped flute has a large arrangement density, and the made corrugated board has a flat surface, high bearing pressure, and is suitable for printing; E-shaped flute is thin and dense, showing its rigidity. strength.
Measuring method of corrugated box manufacturing size
The manufacturing size of the carton is the size of the blanking when making the box. The manufacturing size is based on the pressure line on the unfolded box blank. The creasing roller on the slitter presses a groove at the pressure line position, and the pressure line is the center line of the groove. The distance between the two pressing lines is the manufacturing size. The conversion of manufacturing dimensions to inner and outer diameters can be made quickly through Table 2, but they also have their own measurement methods.
Corrugated boxes are divided into single and double spells in the manufacturing process
Single piece is a one-page forming box, which is generally used for cartons with a small circumference; double-piece is also called two-page boxes. Some cartons have too large circumferences and have to use two pieces of blanks to piece together a carton, but sometimes the carton factory makes use of the production The remaining material cut in the process will also be used to piece together a carton that is not too big in size with two pieces, or even four pieces sometimes. Compared with the one-page box, the two-page box has one more joint, so there are some slight differences in the area calculation of the two.
