The main process of making color box is as follows:
1. Making documents: before the production and printing of any color box, we should make documents, design the documents, design the color box printing documents, and complete the selection of color box materials at the same time.
2. Publishing and printing: after designing the color box printing documents, there are two ways to directly publish them: one is to directly publish the CTP, but the film. After printing, the machine is directly determined according to the color of the color box, the paper is cut and printed.
3. Sheet surface treatment: after printing the paper, the surface of the color box should be treated to ensure the durability of the color box. Common surface treatment methods are: Oil polishing, lamination (light glue / dumb glue), UV, bronzing, etc.
4. Mounting pit: mounting pit is carried out after surface treatment of color box printing sheet. Mounting pit is made of printed face paper + paperboard / pit paper with good surface treatment (select the material suitable for bursting and pressure resistance according to proofing time)
5. Beer / die cutting: the first step is to make the knife mold, which needs to be determined according to the template and the printed semi-finished products. Make sure to draw the knife mold, paste the back glue, and make sure the finished product sample is correct, then start to use the beer machine to carry out the beer goods. After the beer goods are finished, you need a lot of waste paper.
6. Color box gluing / nailing: fix the color box according to the template, glue the connecting parts, or nail according to the template.
7. Use kraft paper / or carton to pack and ship the color box!
