1. You (customer) provide us with your products. For your products, we have a professional design and structure team to design you customized packaging boxes that satisfy you.
2. If you have a packaging box suitable for your product, you can take a picture or send the box to our customized packaging box manufacturer. We will design the packaging box according to the box you provide.
Third, provide specific ordering requirements, packaging box size + paper quality and thickness (or other materials) + style + printing method + printing process + customized quantity + additional procedures, etc., we can accurately quote you. (The customized quantity is very important, the more the quantity, the lower the price. Because it involves issues such as version fee, start-up fee, loss, etc.), we can also give you advice and guidance on the specific process!
1. Product specifications. Length x width x height
2. Determine the material. Leather, fabric outer packaging, cardboard+special paper/double copper paper/single pink card
3. Determine the style of the box. Drawer box, heaven and earth cover box, clamshell box, special-shaped box, personalized box
4. Determine the accessories of the box. Such as handbags, inner support, inner bag, transportation packing box
5. Determine the printing method + process flow. Embossing + silk screen / local UV / embossing / hot stamping / hot silver
6. Proofing. Because of the particularity of the packaging, the customer has no intuitive concept about the appearance of the packaging box. We can design an effect drawing or a physical proof for you, and then send it to you, waiting for your confirmation. In addition, if you bring your own design draft, you need to send us your submission file.
7. Confirm the order. After confirming that the sample (packing box) is correct, you can place an order for us, and the company will start custom production of the packing box.
8. Payment/invoicing. When you place an order by bank card or cash payment, the down payment is required when the balance is paid before delivery.
