1. How I can get new product developments from your company?
- 1) Your own designs/concepts/photos, we develop.
- 2) You choose any new styles from our open line.
2. What’s lead time of new developments?
- It takes 2-3 weeks, depends on the styles.
3. Do you charge new developments and how much?
- 1) sample in stock, we charge unit price.
- 2) If remake new samples, will recheck and advise.
- 3) Sample fee can be refund when order placed.
4. How can I get my samples?
- Under your shipping account# or freight collect, such as FedEx, UPS, TNT etc. We will double check before shipment.
