Our shipping process
The shipping process is before your order. The method of transportation and the weight and dimensions of your order will determine the total cost of your transportation starting.
Q1 How to measure a box?
The correct dimension order is l x W x D. Place the carton in front of you with the opening facing up. Length is the longest open end size from left to right. Width is the shortest opening size from front to back. Depth is the remaining dimensions from top to bottom
Q2 how soon can I get the quotation?
For most items, once we know the carton style, size, cardboard type including calipers, printing requirements and quantity, we can provide you with a quote within 24 hours
Q3 How long does need to receive my product?
Generally it takes us 2 weeks to produce your custom designed and printed product.
Q4 Can I customize the design and manufacture of the box?
We are a custom shop. We design and build each project according to the needs of individual customers. All of our boxes are customized to your art and packaging needs
Q5 Can I get a sample of?
Yes, on some inventory items. However, a nominal shipping fee will be charged. Some items are not included in our sample program. Samples can be provided depending on your artwork and packaging needs, but the box cost and estimated shipping costs will be included. Samples usually take a week to make.
